Wildcats Gymnastics Camp Cancellation Policy
If you cancel over 6 weeks before the first day of camp, a $35 processing fee will be withheld and the rest of your tuition will be available as a credit on your account or as a refund at your request.
If you cancel within 6 weeks of the first day of camp, but at least 1 week before camp starts, you will receive a credit in the amount of 20% of the camp’s tuition on your account.
If you cancel within 1 week of the beginning of camp or do not show up to camp, your camper may attend an open gym free of charge.
Caracal Camps
Non-School Day Gymnastics Camps (Caracal Camps)
Our day camps provide a fun-filled gymnastics experience for kids on non-school days throughout the year. These camps are perfect for working parents, offering a full day of engaging activities.
Camp Details:
- Gymnastics Camp Hours: 9:30 AM – 2:30 PM
- Pre-Camp Fun: 8:00 AM – 9:30 AM (included)
- Post-Camp Fun: 2:30 PM – 4:00 PM (included)

Lynx Camp offers a full-day Gymnastics experience for participants 5½ to 16 years old, with flexible pre-camp and post-camp options. Here’s a quick summary:
- Gymnastics Camp Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:30 AM – 2:30 PM
- Pre-Camp Fun: 8:00 AM – 9:30 AM (included)
- Post-Camp Fun: 2:30 PM – 4:00 PM (included)
This schedule provides a comprehensive, full-day option for kids interested in gymnastics, and the extra pre- and post-camp time is great for working parents or kids who want to stay active before and after the main camp hours.
